This BergHOFF Invico Vitrum 2 quart covered saucepan is made of 18/10 stainless steel and has a 0.6mm wall thickness. It also has a 6 layer sandwich base providing for fast and energy saving cooking. Other features include handles that have soft grips that are heat resistant to 392F, a glass cover with detachable thermo knob, and stay cool knobs. The glass cover also has vents which help to decrease pressure and the chance of boiling over. Everything is dishwasher safe except for the knobs. Dimensions: 3.74H x 6W x 15D.
